Jamaican-born gospel artist Lisa Grace Harris has made headlines following her outstanding performance at the 2024 Antigua Barbuda Gospel Music Awards. Leading all participants, Harris won four prestigious awards, including National Songwriter of the Year, National Artist of the Year, Best Music Video, and Best Soca for her song “Come Now”.
Her remarkable achievements highlight her talent and dedication to gospel music.
The highly anticipated event took place on Sunday, December 1, 2024, at Miracle Ministries International. It featured exhilarating performances from a diverse array of artists, including Trinidad’s Nigela, Jamaica’s Bawnagen, and Discyple from Jamaica, who is based in Antigua.
In addition to Harris’s triumphs, the night honored several other deserving figures within the gospel community. Dr. D. Roy Bramwell from GL365 Network received the Impact Award for his invaluable contributions to the gospel music fraternity and his network also won The 2024 Station of the Year Award. Dr. Oneka Campbell-Rowe was also celebrated with The National Humanitarian Award in recognition of her philanthropic efforts.
Another highlight of the evening was the acknowledgment of gospel artist Jumu Grant, who was awarded the title of 2024 Male Global Artist of the Year. Nisa took home the award for Female Global Artist of the Year, while Sarid DVN from St. Kitts was recognized with Album of the Year.
Additionally, Trinidad’s Nigela, alongside Neesha Woodz from Barbados received The 2024 Best Collaboration/Duo Award for their powerful song “Battles.”
